███ LOADING PROBABILITY ENGINE ███
You've made it past the resume screen. Out of 30,000 applicants, you're one of the 500 chosen to enter the gauntlet. Your LeetCode profile has 2,000 problems solved. Your GPA is 3.97 (you got an A- in underwater basket weaving). You've been grinding Green Book probability puzzles in your sleep.
Today is the day. You step into 250 Vesey Street, Manhattan. The elevator opens to a floor that smells like OCaml and unrealized gains. An intern walks by carrying a monitor showing real-time options flow. He is 19 and makes more than your parents combined.
Your interviewer is already seated. He hasn't blinked since 2019. There is a single whiteboard marker on the table. There are no wrong answers (this is a lie).
Your stats have been initialized. Try not to get escorted out.

/// SURPRISE ROUND: FIGGIE ///
The interviewer slides a strange deck of cards across the table. "Ever played Figgie?" he asks. You have not. He smiles for the first time. This is not a good sign.
40 cards. 4 suits. Distribution: 12-10-10-8. One suit is the goal suit — each card is worth $10 at the end. The goal suit is always the same color (black or red) as the 12-card suit, and can have 8 or 10 cards. Every player antes $50, creating a $200 pot. You get 10 cards. At the end, each goal card pays $10 from the pot, and whoever holds the majority of goal cards takes the rest. Your job: figure out which suit is the goal suit by watching how the other traders trade, then accumulate as many goal suit cards as possible.
Hint: One of the traders knows the goal suit. Watch who's buying what.

/// SURPRISE ROUND: TEXAS HOLD'EM ///
The interviewer pulls out a deck of cards. "Forget the brainteasers. Let's see if you can actually read people." He shuffles with one hand. Show-off.
Heads-up No-Limit Hold'em. 5 hands. Fast timers. No mercy.
