We’re hiring a Growth Operator to help us understand where users already gather, what they care about, and how trust and traction emerge inside online communities.<br>This is not a traditional marketing role.<br>You’ll spend time inside Reddit, Twitter/X, Discord, forums, creator ecosystems, and niche online communities identifying:<br>recurring pain points<br>language patterns<br>emerging narratives<br>power users and potential champions<br>high-potential distribution channels<br>We care more about curiosity, internet intuition, communication, and initiative than polished resumes. This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally. The team primarily operates within Central European Time (CET/CEST), Berlin working hours is expected for collaboration and communication.
Tasks<br>In your first phase, we expect you to build a strong understanding of the landscape and generate actionable go-to-market insights through direct community engagement. Early indicators of success include:<br>A prioritized list of high-potential communities to target<br>Real user pain points, recurring language patterns, and traction signals<br>Early relationships with creators, power users, and potential champions<br>Messaging angles validated through real community engagement<br>Clear recommendations on which channels and narratives to scale further<br>This role is intentionally exploratory and high-agency; we value strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to uncover insights that shape broader GTM strategy.
Requirements<br>Must-Have<br>Experience managing online communities or audience growth<br>Strong execution mindset<br>Experience owning measurable growth KPIs<br>Strong communication and content instincts<br>Experience using AI tools operationally<br>Ability to move quickly and iterate<br>Strong Plus<br>Experience using AI tools for content, workflows, or growth systems<br>Built AI-assisted growth or community systems<br>Experience running measurable growth experiments<br>Community scaling or creator ecosystem experience<br>Startup growth operations experience<br>This Role Is NOT For<br>Strategy-only marketers without execution experience<br>Candidates without measurable growth ownership<br>Candidates looking for highly structured corporate roles<br>Candidates uncomfortable with rapid experimentation<br>Candidates unwilling to work remotely within the Berlin/Germany timezone
