In a stunning new development from the Trump Administration an Executive Order has been issued giving ICE the authority to detain any people suspected of having entered this universe from some other universe or dimension; this includes time travelers from any time greater than 122 years and 164 days in the past, or from 123 years in the future. 122 years and 164 days is of course the amount of time that the oldest living human has ever lived.
