Today, I’m excited to share that Codecov is joining Harness.

When we started Codecov, our mission was simple: help developers ship code with confidence. Code coverage was never the end goal – it was a way for teams to understand risk, improve software quality, and move faster. Over the years, that vision expanded to include test analytics and bundle analysis, giving engineering teams a fuller picture of code health. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: build tools developers genuinely love.

Joining Harness is an exciting next step for that mission. Harness has built the leading AI software delivery platform, helping engineering teams build, test, secure, and deploy software at scale. Bringing Codecov’s code coverage and test analytics into that platform means developers get even more confidence from pull request to production.

For Codecov users, the most important thing to know is this: Codecov is staying Codecov.
