I have been applying for jobs for 1 year. Many times I get ghosted, very few times I get response which are of rejection (of course). Around 15 response were for interview process in which in around 5 I had to develop something/add features to repos. Got rejections and ghosting. It hurts when I develop something for interview than get ghosted.Just a question should I keep looking? I do have an option to work with my father in his shop but Since I studied for Software Engineer with 1+ full time experience and 3+ years freelance experience I wanted to continue.Should I pause and hope that future opportunities will be better?
