Announced May 22, 2026
Financial<br>Autonomy.<br>For everyone.
hide.cash is a suite of open, fee-free tools built on Monero - designed to make private, sovereign money as simple as a tap on your screen. No accounts. No KYC. No compromise.
Built on Monero (XMR)<br>Zero fees<br>No KYC / No AML<br>Open source<br>No accounts
What is hide.cash
Monero.<br>Made human.
Crypto has failed everyday people. Too technical. Too many steps. Too many bridges, layers, and KYC forms. hide.cash takes the most private and censor-resistant chain ever built and makes it accessible enough for anyone to use.
Four products. One mission: put financial sovereignty in everyone's pocket - not just developers.

Roadmap
Four steps.<br>One revolution.
Click each phase to see what's being built, how it works, and why it matters.
01
Phase 01 - Foundation
Monero Naming<br>Protocol Standard
$cashtags for the XMR ecosystem
Crypto addresses are 95 random characters nobody can remember. That's the first wall between Monero and everyday users. The Naming Protocol Standard (NPS) solves it the same way social media solved usernames - with a $cashtag .
Reserve $yourname once. That tag resolves to your XMR address across every wallet and service that integrates the open standard. No single point of control. No proprietary lock-in. Anyone can implement it.
Human-readable $cashtags replacing raw XMR addresses
Open-source resolution protocol - any wallet can integrate
Privacy-first: tags resolve to addresses, nothing else stored
E2EE payment notifications between wallets
Interoperability with all XMR service providers
No central registry - decentralized by design
Why it matters<br>Internal usernames at an exchange don't affect NPS resolution. A user at hide.cash and a user at a competing wallet can pay each other using the same $tag, seamlessly. This is the DNS layer Monero was missing.
02
Phase 02 - Access
Wallet &<br>Payments App
Banking UX. Monero engine.
A wallet that doesn't feel like a wallet. Built for the same person who uses Revolut or Cash App - not for the developer who understands ring signatures. Every design decision asks one question: would a 45-year-old shopkeeper in Zagreb use this?
The payments side is just as critical. Merchants and service providers have been locked out of crypto because every solution requires a developer to set it up. The hide.cash payments platform changes that - simple enough to configure in minutes, powerful enough to run a real business on.
Available in 30+ languages at launch
Balances displayed in user's local currency
Send and receive via $cashtags (NPS)
E2EE messaging embedded in payment flows
Merchant POS - setup in under 5 minutes
Payment links, QR codes, invoicing
Real-time payment tracking dashboard
Zero fees on all transactions
The merchant problem<br>Accepting crypto today means: install a node, configure an API, handle webhooks, build a UI, manage keys. hide.cash compresses that to: pick a $tag, share a QR. That's it.
03
Phase 03 - Onboarding
One-Way<br>Exchange
Any currency -> XMR. Zero fees. No account.
The hardest part of onboarding someone to Monero isn't the wallet. It's getting XMR into their hands. P2P exchanges are confusing. Bridges are dangerous. DEXs require you to already own crypto.
The hide.cash exchange is deliberately simple and deliberately one-directional: any crypto or fiat to XMR . We take custody during the swap and deliver XMR directly to your wallet. That's all we do. No accounts. No sign-ups. No KYC. No AML. We are not a bank. We are a conveyor belt.
Accept BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, and fiat
No registration, no email, no identity
Direct XMR delivery to any wallet address or $cashtag
Zero exchange fees (network fees apply)
Transparent rate display before confirmation
One-way only - no outbound fiat ramps
Why centralized?<br>A fully decentralized atomic swap requires the user to already have crypto and understand the process. A centralized one-way exchange with no accounts is the most pragmatic, safest onboarding path - and the most honest about what it is. We hold nothing long-term. We are not a custodian. We are a conversion service.
04
Phase 04 - Growth
Transparent<br>Referral Engine
Fee-free. Community-funded. On-chain.
All four products are free. So how does hide.cash grow? Through the one thing that has monetary value in the ecosystem: name reservations . Early adopters who reserve $cashtags in the Naming Protocol Standard fund the project's promotion budget.
Those funds feed a fully transparent, on-chain referral program. Every referral is traceable. Every reward distribution is auditable. Contribution percentage to total project growth determines reward share - no hidden allocation, no team cut, no mystery wallets.
$cashtag reservation fees fund the referral pool
Fully transparent XMR NPS public ledger
Rewards proportional to referral contribution %
