HubSpot’s organic traffic fell from roughly 13.5 million monthly visits in November 2024 to under 7 million by early 2025: an 80% collapse for a company that had spent more than a decade as the textbook example of how to do content SEO right. If HubSpot can lose four-fifths of its traffic in a year, your growth strategy probably needs more than a refresh.<br>This isn’t an “SEO is dead” article. Organic search still drives about 53% of all website traffic, and SEO leads still close at 14.6% versus 1.7% for outbound. The math hasn’t changed; the playing field has.
