Why Roadbar

Everything you need to stay on top of deadlines.

One clean timeline. Every assigned Jira ticket — color-coded by urgency. No setup, no fluff.

Color-coded urgency

Red for overdue, orange for due within 7 days, blue for on track. Know what needs attention without reading a single date.

Today marker

A vertical line marks today. Past due on the left, upcoming on the right. Always oriented at a glance.

Tap to open in Jira

Every issue key is a direct link. One tap to jump straight to the ticket in your browser.

Cloud & Server

Works with Jira Cloud and Jira Server / Data Center. API token or personal access token — your choice.

Zero dependencies

Built entirely with SwiftUI and Apple frameworks. No third-party tracking, no analytics, no bloat.

Keychain-secured

Your API token lives in the system Keychain — encrypted at rest, never sent anywhere except your own Jira instance.

How it works

From scattered due dates<br>to a clear timeline.

Five steps. No Jira admin access needed.

Connect your Jira

Enter your Jira URL and API token (or personal access token for Server / Data Center). Test the connection right in the app — credentials are stored securely in the system Keychain.

See your assigned issues

Roadbar fetches all issues assigned to you and sorts them by due date. Overdue tickets surface first so nothing slips through.

Read your timeline

Each ticket gets a color-coded bar — red for overdue, orange for due within 7 days, blue for on track. A Today marker keeps you oriented.

Refresh anytime

Mac: hit ⌘R to pull the latest. iPhone / iPad: pull to refresh. Auto-refreshes every 15 minutes so your data stays current.

Jump to Jira

Tap or click any issue key to open it directly in your browser. Roadbar is your overview — Jira stays your workspace.

The idea

"The tiny app that gives you the missing timeline view for Jira."

No sprints. No boards. No complex setup. Connect your Jira and see all assigned tickets with their due dates on a clean timeline. That's it.
