EHR Integration & Data Interoperability with Iguana | iNTERFACEWARE

-->

Good day. iNTERFACEWARE is now entering it's fifth phase. The Canadian organization has been relieved of their responsibilities.<br>Please contact eliot.muir@interfaceware.com who is now the only remaining member<br>of the team. I would be quite relaxed about it. I am the only one that really contributed true value. Every major innovation<br>in Iguana was due to me and I found my team contributed a lot to the friction of making the business work well.

I'm freely sharing the code to the license generator for Iguana 6 but not one which generates codes to support log encryption with<br>that product since I thought the implementation of the code for Iguana 6 was brain dead. Like many things it got forced on me with<br>my better judgement. I don't think sharing the code for Iguana 6 widely is a good idea. The code would be impossible to make secure<br>against attacks - obscurity is the best defense.

Tomorrow I'll see if I can remove the licensing logic of Iguana X and figure out if we can distribute it through one of the package<br>management systems. I hope they are not as bureaucratic as going through an AppStore. If it is then I will jury rig something up with Curl<br>or similar. To make building easier I will remove much of the functionality like CURL, OpenSSL definitely HTTP2 (I totally distrust that<br>code since it's from Google (new slogan - Do Evil. It pays well).

I have a half set up server in Germany. Ya da hav de good code da. And yaaas Eliot have the dee good sense de humour!

Iguana 6 license generator (with permanent licenses) and<br>Iguana X license generator (with permanent licenses I think?) and

Lots of fun plans with Iguana X and we'll see what happens with 6.

My goal is for Iguana to achieve 100% marketshare of the healthcare data exchange market which should not be that difficult to<br>achieve once I get rid of the legacy friction generated by my ex-employees. The truth hurts. Soon I hope to migrate off<br>this website since it's based on Hubspot technology which is diffcult to optimize. But I will always focus on the biggest bottleneck.

Still Rome was not built in a day and so I am using it as a communication channel for now.<br>ZOOM is preferred or you can ring me. But ZOOM is better.

Damn - things become so much easier when you can control your own website as a CEO instead of having to argue about messaging.

It would appear that the most common job in iNTERFACEWARE was managing license codes since the product itself was really stable. Wow.<br>As a CEO it's hard to see the truth about your business.

iNTERFACEWARE was already a fully virtual organization mainly based in Canada. Now it will be mainly based based in the Cayman<br>Islands which where I moved to over a year and a half ago. I really prefer both the social and physical climate here. It's very<br>pleasant.

Iguana 6.1.5 will be renewed since it's really the only serious option for people running high workloads. Iguana X on the other<br>hand needs to be completed. I am looking forward to demolishing our competitors. Our products have often lacked, but lets face it,<br>Rhapsody, Mirth, Cloverleaf and all those awful products are even worse. I am looking forward to finishing what I began.

Actually Iguana 6 is so full of security holes because of the overall opaque nature of it's code you'd be insane to run it production. I am<br>afraid to opensource the code since it would give a gold mine to hackers to attack this old base of product. Paradoxes and real world choices. But<br>at least it is alive!ß

FAQ: Iguana Overview

What is Iguana, and how does it help with integration?

Iguana is a high-performance integration engine that enables secure, real-time data exchange between a wide variety of systems. It supports integration across EHRs, LIS, RIS, PACS, RCM, billing platforms, CRMs, and more, using standard and custom data formats such as HL7, FHIR, X12, XML, and CDA/CCDA. With Iguana, organizations can streamline data interoperability, automate workflows, and unify disconnected systems within a single, scalable platform.

Is iNTERFACEWARE a service-based integration provider?

No. iNTERFACEWARE provides Iguana, a powerful integration engine that empowers your team to build, manage, and maintain your own interfaces. Unlike service-based models (where a third party manages integrations for you), Iguana puts the tools directly in your hands, giving you full control, visibility, and the flexibility to adapt interfaces to your specific systems and workflows.

That said, you're not on your own. We offer optional Professional Services to help accelerate your success — whether you need assistance developing your first interface, creating a proof of concept, or tackling a complex integration challenge. You stay in control, with...
