Click Install, authorise access, and the app appears in your Stripe Dashboard immediately. No code, no external accounts, no webhooks to configure manually.
Payment fails on an invoice
Stripe fires an event. Failed Payment Rescuer catches it, identifies the customer's phone number, and prepares a personalised recovery message.
Customer receives an SMS
We hold the alert for 24 hours so customers who would have paid on their own are never contacted — and you are never charged for that recovery. If the invoice is still unpaid after 24 hours, the SMS goes out with the customer's name, the amount, and a direct link to pay.
