ApplyApplications are open to anyone over the age of 18 with under two years of full-time work experience. There is no education requirement. Fellows are selected based on their experience with AI, communication skills, and motivation to work on societal challenges.2. MatchFellows interview with host organizations based on project fit, geographic proximity, and mutual interest.3. BuildThe fellowship runs for one year, full-time, fully funded by Anthropic. As CodePath employees, fellows complete a training intensive before joining their host organization. Where fellows go<br>For 12 months, fellows embed inside nonprofits around the US—from social services and museums to mental health and refugee support programs—building tools and systems alongside the teams they serve.
