So I built something to finally listen to customer complaints (self.SideProject)<br>submitted 4 minutes ago by bishwasbhn
So my MRR was sitting at a measly $500, and I was totally missing the boat on customer feedback. My customers were venting on Reddit, while I was refreshing support tickets that never came. I finally decided to dive into social media and started lurking on Reddit, X, and LinkedIn every week. But juggling all those tabs? A real pain in the ass.
Honestly, that’s when I built McpBrowser to make life easier. I can search all those platforms without needing API keys, which is a game changer. Last week, I found a checkout complaint with 40 upvotes that I had no clue about before. Like, how was that not on my radar?
Now I’m wondering if anyone else has their own hacks for figuring out what customers are actually saying. Let's share the goods!
