MATCHA Writer<br>is a writing environment that lets students prove their authorship. For in-class activities, it<br>offers a<br>digital alternative to pencil and paper<br>by blocking copy-paste, automation, and other ways of importing AI-generated answers. For at-home<br>work, MATCHA promotes integrity by<br>creating comprehensive proofs of work<br>, including all reading done for a paper, and facilitating in-person<br>authorship assessment quizzes<br>. MATCHA also streamlines academic writing with automatic citation from quotations, citation<br>insertion from research indexes, and an optional pedagogical AI assistant.
