I’m Donna, founder of sansaino.Hiring infrastructure specialists across borders is still surprisingly fragmented. Companies often manage recruiters, contracts, compliance checks, payments, and identity verification through separate systems. We built sansaino to bring those steps into a single marketplace focused on data centers, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and critical infrastructure. The platform is live today and already has paying customers. Companies can post jobs and projects, search for specialists, contact talent for interviews, and award project work.Professionals can create profiles, complete identity verification, and make themselves available for work.Identity verification is mandatory before a professional profile becomes visible. We chose this because many of the roles on the platform involve access to sensitive infrastructure, and companies told us that trust and verification are recurring challenges during hiring. For project work, we support milestone payments through escrow. For international hiring, we work with employer-of-record partners so companies can hire specialists in other countries without establishing local entities.I started sansaino after years working in enterprise IT sales and partnerships across global markets. After moving to Finland, I repeatedly saw companies struggle to find and engage specialized technical talent across borders, even though remote collaboration had become common. The bigger idea we are working toward is AI-assisted team hiring. Instead of only searching for one role at a time, a company could describe a project outcome, mention the internal team they already have, and get help identifying the missing roles and skills needed to deliver the project. From there, the platform could suggest relevant talent, help the company contact people for interviews, or award the project. We’d love feedback from people who hire or work in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or related fields, especially on: -whether identity verification and compliance feel useful or too heavy for this type of hiring how we should think about European requirements like NIS2, DORA, and the EU AI Act without making the product too slow or complex -whether AI-assisted team hiring would be useful for companies that want to deliver project-based work without hiring a full team full-timeThe site is live here: https://www.sansaino.comThank you, I’d be grateful for your feedback
