Advertí que el software de los hermanos Bautista era vulnerable según la sentencia del Consejo de Estado del 2018 y que debía cambiarse por un software público,

Solicité a tiempo una auditoría experta del software de los hermanos Bautista, y el registrador no lo permitió.

Bien, hoy tenemos evidencia de un cambio de direcciones IP de varios servidores de la registraduria nacional.

Significa que se vulneró el software y otros escribieron datos de mesas y puestos de votación.

El único con capacidad de hacer eso en el mundo es el estado de Israel.

Pasaré a los jueces con exactitud los servidores cambiados para que haga la auditoría experta al software electoral que no se ha realizado para hacerlo en el proceso mismo de escrutinio.

Solicito un escrutinio de todas las mesas y conteo de nuevo de todos los votos con estudio de vulneraciones del software electoral y las mesas que sufrieron afectaciones.

A toda la población le solicito tranquilidad y mesura para lograr un escrutinio a fondo y bien hecho que refleje la real decisión de la ciudadanía.
