How does AI UX testing work?<br>You give Blinx a URL or a screenshot and choose a persona. Blinx generates a synthetic user, drives it through your interface while it narrates its experience aloud, then compiles the friction points into a heuristic findings report.
Is Blinx a replacement for real user research?<br>No. Blinx complements real research. It is a fast, low-cost first pass that surfaces obvious heuristic and usability issues before you invest in studies with real users. It does not capture genuine human emotion, lived accessibility experience, or true task success.
Can I test Figma designs?<br>Yes. Export a Figma frame or prototype screen as an image (PNG) and upload it. Blinx runs a synthetic persona over the design and returns UX feedback before you build, which is useful for catching issues early in the design phase.
What are the Nielsen Norman heuristics?<br>They are 10 widely used usability principles created by Jakob Nielsen, such as visibility of system status, match between the system and the real world, consistency, and error prevention. Blinx structures its findings around them.

How accurate is AI-generated UX feedback?<br>It is directionally strong for catching common, well-established usability problems such as cluttered hierarchy, unclear calls to action, cognitive overload, and heuristic violations. It is not a substitute for testing with real users on nuanced, task-specific, or emotional questions. Think of it as a fast expert heuristic review.
