The lower ones it does touch but only if you allows, it just holds them and pings you, because those are the ones where you really want a human replying. If you have many locations, all of them run from one inbox.So it is not a draft and copy paste tool. Once you set it up properly it mostly runs on its own.What it is not: right now it only does Google reviews, no Yelp or Trustpilot yet.
