Your project
WikiHouse is a modular system for high performance, zero-carbon buildings.
Sustainable building –– made simple.
How to use it
About the system
Digitally fabricated
WikiHouse blocks are digitally fabricated to 0.1mm precision, creating structural components that fit together quickly and accurately.
High performance
WikiHouse blocks have an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio, creating structures that are robust and durable, with superb thermal efficiency built-in.
Adaptable
A modular system of standardised blocks brings the benefits of cost predictability, replicability and speed – whilst giving you design freedom and flexibility. We can also create custom blocks where needed.
Fast to assemble
A WikiHouse chassis structure can be assembled on site in days – or even hours – by any competent team, including by teams without conventional construction skills.
Interoperable
WikiHouse can be used with almost any insulation, cladding, internal linings, and services, allowing you to create a building that is perfectly-suited to its needs and context.
Low carbon, circular
WikiHouse blocks actually store more atmospheric carbon than they emit in their production, so your project can actually be carbon negative. The blocks are designed to be re-used or recycled, to keep that carbon out of the atmosphere.
Locally manufactured, everywhere
WikiHouse blocks are not manufactured by just one company in a single large factory. WikiHouse blocks are made by a growing network of approved WikiHouse Manufacturers and Installers all over the world.
