Why Early Access?
“Rift Wizard 3 is a massive sandbox of options, with more than 200 spells, 400 spell upgrades, and 300 craftable items. While we are doing our best to test, tune, and balance the game with a small private group of friends, our experience with the previous Rift Wizard games is that its just not possible to finish a game like this without huge amounts of community input.”<br>Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?
“We are aiming for a 1 year early access period.”<br>How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?
“Our plan for the early access period is to create additional spells, items, and enemies while tuning and tweaking the balance of the game.”<br>What is the current state of the Early Access version?
“Rift Wizard 3 is currently in a playable and stable state. The game can be played from start to finish, the new crafting system is usable, and a plethora of new spells, monsters, and items have been implemented.
While we feel the game is quite enjoyable in its current form, some content and features are still being expanded and refined. We are planning to make updates that add content, improve balance, fix bugs, and sharpen the overall experience throughout the early access period.”<br>Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
“We have no plans to change the price after the EA period.”<br>How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?
