These online video lectures (that can be used with the open knowledge checks review<br>questions and interactive problems) are for students who are learning at a<br>distance -- because it is not possible to have a synchronous face-to-face<br>classroom experience, or to augment the face-to-face classroom experience.. We're making this available to anyone who'd<br>like to learn from this material, and hope folks will find them interesting and useful. There are a few missing<br>sections in chapters 5 and 6, which we're working on, with chapters 7 to follow.<br>We are currently updating these video lectures (which were based on the 8th eition of our book) to the 9th edition.
