AI Is Making Us Lose Our Individuality

AI is going to have a lot of negative effects on humanity.

We're going to get dumber, slower, and more reliant on it.

All of those bad things are not exactly concerning; Humanity has endured and thrived under new technologies that made us dumber and more reliant on something external (think books).

We thrived with those new technologies because they allowed us to keep our indidviduality ( and in fact encouraged it ).

We haven't had a problem with those new technologies (books, The World Wide Web) as they present ways of acessing new information and outsourcing thinking to external sources but don't tell one how to think about the information given.

This is a big problem.

Having humanity's thinking converge is really, really bad. It creates a world were we won't be able to un-dumb ourselves because they will be no divergence away from the dumb mass of humanity.

Keep the structure of your thinking yours.
