The shoe tray forming machine is a professional pulp molding equipment for producing eco-friendly shoe packaging inserts. Its hourly output ranges from 1,000pcs to 7,000pcs, with total power covering 38kW–120kW. The standard industrial voltage is 380V/50Hz, and the whole machine enjoys a 12-month warranty. We can adjust machine size and functional modules according to customers’ workshop space and production targets.

Working Principle & Complete Production Flow

The shoe tray forming machine relies on negative-pressure vacuum molding technology: pulp is adsorbed onto mold surfaces via air pressure difference, then dewatered, demolded and dried to form fixed-shape pulp products. The whole production line includes 5 connected working stages:

Pulping : Waste paper, corrugated cartons and waste books are put into the pulper, mixed with water to make pulp with uniform concentration, then stored in pulp tanks for continuous feeding.

Vacuum Forming : Molds are immersed in pulp tanks. The vacuum pump generates negative pressure to evenly attach pulp to mold surfaces. The mold lifts up to drain redundant water.

Demolding : The air compressor provides compressed air, cooperating with mechanical ejection structures to separate wet pulp shoe blanks from molds completely.

Drying : Wet semi-finished products are sent to drying ovens or drying tunnels. Electric heating or hot air circulation removes residual moisture to harden and shape the shoe trays.

Trimming & Finishing : Burrs and extra edges are cut off after drying, then neat finished shoe trays are ready for packaging and storage.
