No. Nothing in our testing shows that any specific USB-C cable will enable the Nintendo Switch 2 to charge faster. Any standard USB-C cable will charge the Switch 2 at the same 10-15 Watts(W), and provide a full charge in approximately three hours.
Our Curiosity
Labs has previously found that the Nintendo Switch 2 was sending proprietary USB signals to allow docked/TV gaming with only Nintendo docks.
A month ago we were sent a link to the Belkin USB-C cable for Nintendo Switch 2, asking if Belkin had figured out something similar to enable their claims of 60 W charging. This is intriguing because our previous testing also found that the Switch 2 charges at only 10-15 W, drawing up to 20 W if you're playing a game at the same time.
1 of 3

While technically Belkin's marketing doesn't directly say that it will charge the Switch 2 at 60 W, it is heavily implied, and anyone reading will certainly come away with the impression that it is an official Switch 2 accessory capable of faster charging. Labs is affiliated with Creator Warehouse who designs and sells the TrueSpec USB-C cable, so if Belkin has cracked Nintendo's code, then we're interested in how to replicate it.
Testing
We bought the Belkin USB-C to USB-C Cable 60W for Nintendo Switch 2 and grabbed a couple of comparison cables. We tested a new Belkin BoostCharge and a few-year-old UGREEN USB-C cable for some variety.

Belkin USB-C to USB-C Cable 60W for Nintendo Switch 2

We ran the same brief test on all three of them: we used each cable to connect the Switch 2(at 5-10% charge) to the Switch 2 charger, letting the Switch 2 begin to charge. Then we turned on the Switch 2(45 seconds in), turned off the Switch 2(35 seconds later), and later stopped the test. This is only two minutes, but it gives the Switch 2 a chance to negotiate the power in a couple different states. Being at a low battery state means that it will be trying to charge as fast as it can.
All three cables performed very similarly when tested with the Infineon CY4500-EPR, considering some variance in USB Power Delivery(PD) negotiation times.
1 of 3

We also ran a full charge test on the Nintendo Switch 2 using the Belkin cable and found that it took approximately the same amount of time as our previous testing.

Nintendo Switch 2 Charge with Belkin USB-C Cable for Nintendo Switch 2

Switch-up
Despite being packaged to mimic an official Nintendo accessory, and specifically claiming to be designed for use with the Switch 2, the Belkin USB-C to USB-C Cable 60W for Nintendo Switch 2 does not do anything that any other standard USB-C cable won't. It's a pretty nice high quality cable for a reasonable price, but it won't charge your Switch 2 any faster.

You can forgive someone for believing they're all Nintendo products.

The Kernel of Truth
There are different tiers of USB-C cables, but that only matters when you exceed 60 W charging. All modern USB-C cables will support 60 W by providing up to 20 Volts and 3 Amps. Specially rated cables are only required for power above 60 W. There is a type of cable that can do up to 20 V and 5 A(100 W), and the next tier can support up to 48 V and 5 A(240 W).
The power ratings are sometimes helpfully marked on the cable connectors, nonetheless, charging the Nintendo Switch 2 doesn't require a special USB-C cable.
