I’m deep in the weeds of my first book, coming in Spring 2027, but in the meantime I’ve been turning some of the research trips into short films that have proven surprisingly popular on YouTube. Here’s the latest, in which I trek to the site of HS2’s ‘Bat Tunnel’ in Buckinghamshire, a journey that proved far harder - and more perilous - than I could have imagined. Enjoy!
