Pre-wire a house with Cat6A, fibre, KNX, coax, audio, HDMI, LAN and security cable.

Pre-wire gates.

Terminate into data jacks, RJ45, punch down and keystone patch panels, Phoenix connectors, f-types.. into touchscreens, keypads, lightswitches, pucks, gate motors and beams, smoke alarms, sirens, PIRs, cameras, speakers, subs, TVs, wall sockets.

Extend or fix cut cables with connectors, gel crimps, solder.

Drill out cable routes through walls, ceilings, roof, timber/concrete/metal.

Test continuity and current flow.

Separation of cables with high-voltage.

Install data racks - wall-mounted, recessed, floor standing.

Install and terminate low-voltage dinrail KNX devices.

Test and configure lighting circuits.

Drill out cables in finished walls and ceilings for device fit off.

Terminate underfloor heating probes into wall devices or manifolds.

Terminate underfloor heating actuator heads to dinrail input/output devices.

Terminate trench heating fans and valves.

Install wall mounted, ceiling mounted, recessed and free standing speakers and subs.

Install hidden speakers and subs in walls and celings behind jib.

Program KNX communications through house, controlling lights, heating, audio, home scenes, via physical switching and mobile applications.

Install modems, routers, switches, WAPs.

Configure networks, adopt devices, assign static IPs, setup VLANs.

Set up and manage office-hosted UniFi Network Server.

Install and configure TVs on walls, custom cabinetry, in-ceiling TV lifts.

Install and configure outdoor cameras and NVRs.

Install and configure Starlink dishes, temporary and permanent for clients and builders.

Install and configure satellite TV dishes on walls and roofs.

Create asbuilt plans of completed projects.
