Where, if at all can I put feature requests?

A) I'd love to be able to annotate PDF documents in a similar way to images & videos. On images you can draw a box & type notations, on videos you can make notes at specific timestamps. I'd love to be able to draw a box & make a notation but also be able to click a notation to jump to a specific page in a PDF just like you can jump to a timestamp on a video

B) Is there no way to create actions that take steps based on the metadata / tags of the item(s) selected. Ex: If size is greater than 800mb then add tag "Movie"?

Why do some of my tags consistently sort of reset themselves?

I've noticed from time to time I load my library & I am unable to find certain items when I filter with tags...I soon realize the tags I added recently just don't exist like the library reverted back to a slightly older version where the files still exist but they don't have the latest tags. Is there something I am doing wrong, is there a fix for this?

Why does the copy image text plugin powered by google not work half the time?

Every time I use it, I do mean every single time... I have to open it twice before it works, that first run always has an error or doesn't load in. Am I the only one with this experience?

Is it possible to have document previews for Doc / Docx files?

Not sure if this is a windows setting or an eagle thing, i've just never gotten them to work, the thumbnail is always the default Word Icon

First & foremost many thanks for the responses. I did finally figure out my issue. Unfortunately support was unable to help me locate a previous version of my tags / Info. The good news is the damage was not too vast so adding the tags again won't kill me.

Long story short the desk fan I have causes a significant dip / surge in the electrical power at my desk when it is first turned on or switched between low / high modes. (I have a Vornado "air circulator" it's not very large but powerful enough to cause issue).

After checking my drives & eagle backups / data I unplugged my external SSD's & attempted to recall exactly what I did before the data failure. When I turned on my fan I noticed my TV (42 inch that I use as a large monitor) flickered a bit. Once the fan was on the flickering stopped and only re-appeared if I sporadically flipped the fan form off / low / high. I first tried plugging the fan into a different surge protector & then another outlet on the same wall as my desk. Flicker still remained, I Then plugged in my fan at every outlet in my room & noticed that the issue only persists at the two...
