Strategy
Four priorities guide everything we do.
Crush violent crime.
The FBI will destroy the ability of violent actors, gangs, and cartels to operate. The FBI will dismantle criminal enterprises.
Defend the homeland.
The FBI will protect the United States from terrorist attack, foreign intelligence, espionage, foreign cyber operations, and adversarial cybercriminal activity
Rebuild public trust.
The FBI will increase its own transparency to the public and be responsive to congressional oversight. The FBI will increase trust in U.S. communities and institutions by combating public corruption, white-collar crime, and civil rights violations.
Fierce organizational accountability
The FBI will hold all employees, processes, tools, and technology to the highest standard of accountability - keeping the American public informed.
