Expected Behavior
I expect that app.isAccessibilitySupportEnabled() will return true when I'm running JAWS
Actual Behavior
It returns true at first, and then starts returning false

Additional Information
Doesn't repro with NVDA
run jaws
run gist
notice we log true at first, and then false starts being logged
last working Chromium: 130.0.6723.191
first broken Chromium: 132.0.6834.83
still broken with the latest 36 nightly which uses: 135.0.7040.0
Guessing it's third-party but haven't seen reports on Chromium issue tracker.
