How to play

Five clues. One answer.

Every clue describes the same hidden answer . Cryptic at first, obvious by the end. Guess it as early as you dare. But beware: a wrong guess costs you twice what a safe skip does.

Clues are worth 5·4·3·2·1 points. The earlier you guess it, the more you score.

Right: bank the points. Done for the day.

Wrong: that clue burns. You fall two rungs.

Not sure? Skip. Fall just one .
