Collider brings modern package management to Meson's native wrap ecosystem.

Rather than replacing Meson's dependency model, Collider extends it:<br>automatic dependency resolution, lockfiles, and a streamlined day-to-day<br>workflow, fully compatible with wraps and WrapDB.
