01No silent restatements<br>As-published rows are never rewritten. Any correction must appear as a labeled manifest changelog entry.
02Full published universe<br>Resolved and terminated series remain in every subsequent snapshot, preserving the record without survivorship bias.
03Verifiable record<br>Composition joins, chain-link values, permanent archives, and SHA-256 checksums make the published record independently testable.
NOTE2026-04-28 anomaly<br>One degraded order-book window briefly spiked the then-live affected series. It remains in the archive, flagged rather than removed. The dictionary documents the stale-window fields used to identify it.
