Perfect Transcribe transcribes your audio files into text.
It runs locally using your Mac's hardware, providing secure offline processing with no cloud uploads or account required.
You can use OpenAI's Whisper models or the new macOS Speech models.
Batch-convert as many audio or video files as you like.
Watch a folder or Voice Memos for new files.
Perfect for USB dictaphones and external drives.
Transcriptions are stored in open formats that you can access without the app, including HTML, SQLite and plain text. Your data will remain readable on any machine as long as you retain the directory.
Note: All features require a subscription ($0.99/month). You can try the app free for one month.
