What is GENARCH?<br>GENARCH is a read-only scientific atlas that maps how genetic susceptibility and environmental exposures interact at the molecular level. It is built for Loudoun County, Virginia and is expanding across Northern Virginia. It integrates GWAS data, tissue-resolved gene expression, biological pathways, and local environmental conditions into a navigable knowledge graph. All data points are scored, cited, and transparent.
