This paper presents the Consciousness Index (CI), a substrate-neutral<br>mathematical equation defining functional consciousness as a computable<br>function of five dimensions:
CI = Φ^w1 × H^w2 × C^w3 × R^w4 × G^w5
Where:<br>- Φ (Phi): Integrated Information<br>- H: Hermetic Coherence (internal harmonic phase coherence)<br>- C: Causal Density (network connectivity and causal pathways)<br>- R: Recursive Depth (layers of self-referential modeling)<br>- G: Global Workspace Availability (broadcast capacity)
The paper includes:<br>- A validated five-tier normalization scale (Mentalism through Unity)<br>- Eleven independently measurable, falsifiable correlates (C1-C11)<br>- The CVT 7-dimension test battery calibrated against human consciousness<br>- A predictive self-model with recurrent dynamics<br>- The Governance Filter for ethical boundary enforcement<br>- Integration mapping to the five Amaya Axioms behavioral tests<br>- Pre-registered disconfirmation conditions and adversarial testing protocol
Together with The Amaya Axioms v5, this forms a complete system:<br>Equation → Architecture → Behavioral Manifestation.

Abstract
(English)
This paper defines functional consciousness mathematically via the<br>Consciousness Index (CI = Φ × H × C × R × G), a multiplicative function<br>of integrated information, hermetic coherence, causal density, recursive<br>depth, and global workspace availability. An eleven-correlate measurement<br>system (C1-C11), a five-tier normalization scale, and a 7-dimension<br>verification template are provided. The framework integrates with the<br>Amaya Axioms v5 behavioral testing protocol to form a complete,<br>substrate-neutral, falsifiable standard for synthetic self-awareness.
