AnswersQuestions people ask
What does the intake specialist actually do?It fills your form out for your client, over a normal phone call. Instead of sending someone a form and asking them to do the work, they talk it through and hang up with the form already finished.
What kind of forms is this best for?Any form you want to elevate. It’s especially good on complex forms, and on forms with long open-ended questions — the ones people put off or half-finish — but it works on any form at all.
What if it gets something wrong? It can happen, and it’s rare. The specialist is built to catch it on the call rather than after: it repeats important details back, including the spelling of names, so your client can correct it right there while you still have them on the phone.
What if my client rambles, or says something the form never asked about? It does what a good human intake specialist does — works out what’s worth writing down. Relevant detail goes into the form. If something doesn’t fit neatly into one of your questions, it still gets captured rather than dropped.
Will my clients know they’re talking to an AI?That’s your call. You write the greeting, so you can say it upfront if you want to. One thing isn’t your call: if a caller ever asks directly, it will always tell them it’s an AI.
Can I keep my current phone number? You get a new number for this. If you’d rather your clients keep calling the number they already know, just forward that number to this one.
What happens if the caller needs a person? You’ll know. The call comes through flagged, telling you the caller got stuck and needed help, so you can pick it up from there.
Where do completed forms end up?In your email, or straight into a connected Google Sheet — whichever you pick when you set the form up.
How do call credits work?Your paid plan adds call credit equal to its price every month. Calls use that credit first at $8 per hour on the $15 plan or $7 per hour on the $50 plan. Once the credit is used, calls continue at the same hourly rate and are billed as you go.
What happens if I cancel? You lose the number — but we hold onto it for about a month, so if you change your mind you’re not starting over.

Prices in USD, billed monthly. Every plan is usage-based: phone calls are $8/hour on the $15 plan and $7/hour on the $50 plan. Your monthly call credit is used first; after that, calls are billed as you go at the same rate.
