I was inspired by the release of the Codex Micro controller (https://worklouder.cc/codex-micro) and repurposed a DJ TechTools Midi Fighter Twister I had laying around into a hardware visualizer for my Claude Code sessions.This is a little daemon that listens for CC webhook events and updates the MIDI controller in response.I haven t seen very many hardware visualizers for agentic workflows, and I ve grown accustomed to having my agents reflected in the MIDI controller propped up under my monitor. If one needs my attention it starts flashing red and I can click on it to go to that session.
