I'm Subanesh, and today I'm excited to share what I've been building.<br>Ziggers is a marketplace that helps businesses hire verified gig workers for temporary jobs like events, catering, retail, logistics, and more.<br>Why I started this<br>In India, most temporary hiring still happens through WhatsApp groups, phone calls, and referrals. It's messy, unreliable, and stressful for both businesses and workers.<br>I kept seeing the same problem:<br>Businesses struggling to find workers at the last minute.

Gig workers missing opportunities because they weren't in the "right" WhatsApp group.

No trust, no tracking, and no streamlined payment process.

So I decided to build Ziggers.<br>What Ziggers does<br>Post a gig in minutes.

Hire verified local gig workers.

Track attendance and job completion.

Secure payments after the work is done.

Build reputation through ratings and completed gigs.

Where we are today<br>We just launched our first version and are looking for honest feedback from founders, makers, business owners, and gig workers.<br>I'm not here to pretend we have everything figured out. The WhatsApp point is interesting because you're replacing something messy, but already deeply embedded in how these jobs get filled.<br>Curious what you've seen since launching — are businesses struggling more with finding enough workers, or with trusting the workers they can already find?

We've seen that trust is the bigger problem.<br>Finding workers isn't impossible because there are already thousands of WhatsApp groups. The real issue is that businesses have no way to verify who's joining. They don't know if a worker will actually show up, has the right experience, or has backed out of previous gigs.<br>That's where Ziggers comes in. Every worker is verified, employers can see ratings and work history, and we track attendance and completion. Instead of sending messages across 20 WhatsApp groups and hoping for the best, businesses can hire with confidence in a few taps.<br>Over time, we think replacing the trust layer is what will naturally replace the WhatsApp workflow.
