About FediAdhan
FediAdhan is a project by Imran Nazar, hosted on a £7/month Mythic Beasts VPS in London.
Inspired by the work of Stefano Marinelli's FediMeteo service, the FediAdhan project started as a thought experiment, to see whether it would make sense to receive the call to prayer in a Mastodon timeline as well as the local weather.
FediAdhan is a human-made site; no generative or large language models were used in the creation of this service. The creator subscribes to the opinion that use of these models leads to cognitive atrophy, and prefers not to engage.
