Calendar sync you never have to check
Stop wondering if it synced.
Changes cross over in seconds. And on the rare day something breaks, we catch it within five minutes and get on it — so a missed update never quietly becomes a missed meeting. Works with Google and Microsoft, plus any ICS feed. Apple coming soon.

How it works
Connect your calendar — Google or Microsoft (Apple coming soon).

Add each calendar you want to keep in sync — one per source.

Events sync in seconds. Your calendar stays current. Always.

Built to be trusted
Synced in seconds.
Connected calendars update in seconds — not minutes. The other side reflects your change before you've closed the tab.

Caught in five minutes.
If sync ever stops working as intended, we detect it within five minutes and get on it — so problems surface to us, not to you in front of a client.

Nothing fails silently.
We retry through provider outages and flag anything that needs your attention. No quiet gaps, no events that just never showed up.

Who it's for
If you juggle more than one calendar, you already know the cost: double-booked clients, the meeting you never saw because it landed in the wrong calendar, the morning triage across four apps. twocal makes that disappear.
For consultants→
Six clients, six calendars, one you. Every client booking shows up where you live — so no one books a slot you've already given away.
For fractional execs→
Three companies expect you to be present and on time. Keep every calendar current without handing any of them the keys to the others.

Questions, answered
Is my client data safe? You decide what crosses over. Send busy-only placeholders to a client's calendar and the full details stay on yours — they never see more than they should. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and twocal only ever touches the calendars you connect.
Why not just subscribe via ICS for free?An ICS subscription is read-only, and your calendar app refreshes it on its own schedule — often up to 24 hours late. A client books you at 2pm; your other calendar finds out tomorrow. twocal writes the change onto your other calendar as a real event and keeps it current — not a stale mirror.
Can't an automation tool already do this?Up to a point. General automation tools don't sync deletions — a cancelled meeting stays stuck on your other calendar — and two-way setups can loop and duplicate events. Per-task pricing adds up fast on a busy calendar. Sync correctness is the whole job here, not a side effect of a generic workflow.
No scheduling links or mobile app?Deliberate. Every hour goes into one thing: sync that doesn't fail silently. Keep using Calendly or Cal.com on top — twocal just makes them see your true availability across every calendar, instead of one.
Is there a limit on how many calendars I can sync?No practical one. There's a soft cap that exists only to stop spam and abuse — if the system ever stops you, send us a message and we'll raise it, no questions asked, usually the same day. No new tier to climb, no surprise pricing. If you run more calendars than most, you're exactly who twocal is built for.

Stop checking. Start trusting.
Connect your calendars in five minutes and never wonder if...
