Grimlings – Minesweeper for 2026

Numbers with teeth

A clue is the summed fangs of the monsters around it — and grimlings come in ranks 1 to 3. A "3" might be one sleepy Maw or three little Nibs. Richer deduction that collapses back to classic minesweeper when everything's a 1.

Hearts, not game over

Dig up a grimling and it bites — you lose hearts, not the run. And because every board is no-guess certified, a perfect line of logic never bleeds a single heart.

Daily Delve & streaks

One shared seed per day, a bounded five-floor gauntlet everyone plays alike. Complete it, bank the streak, earn freezes for the days life gets in the way.

A bestiary to fill

Around thirty collectible species, from common Nibs to legendaries that take weeks of play to meet. Every grimling you encounter is logged, tallied, and yours.

No guessing, ever

A solver walks every floor before you do, so there's always a move you can prove. Stuck means you haven't found it yet — never that the board rolled against you. Why that matters.

Deeper floors, stranger shapes

Descend and the dungeon grows denser: three-fang Maws from depth 3, and boards that bend into diamonds, crosses and octagons. Depth is the score worth screenshotting.
