The introduction of Russian peacekeepers into Pridnestrovie began on July 29, 1992. A flower-laying ceremony was held at the Peace Arch "Blessed are the Peacekeepers" in Parkany and at the "Dove of Peace" monument in Bendery in honor of this date. It is proposed to legislatively enshrine mentoring, the procedure for its implementation and the terms of payments through employment contracts, regulations and agreements, guaranteeing a minimum level of such payments.
