You scroll. It stitches.

Hit ⌥⌘L, pick a region or a window, and<br>scroll it yourself. Snapline joins the frames live while a preview grows<br>beside you. Sticky headers and docked footers are detected automatically<br>and kept once, not once per join. Scroll back up, pause to read,<br>overshoot with elastic bounce: none of it corrupts the stitch.

The result is one tall PNG that behaves like any screenshot: annotate<br>it, search it, pin it.

Snapline only reads pixels. It never scrolls for you, never injects<br>input, and Screen Recording stays the only permission it ever asks for.

Annotate like you mean it.

A full vector toolset: pen, highlighter, arrows, shapes, text, numbered<br>counter badges, and redaction that actually redacts: blur, pixelate, or<br>solid. Crop is non-destructive, with rule-of-thirds guides.

Every shape stays a shape. Annotations are stored as vectors, so you can<br>reopen a shot a week later and nudge the arrow.

An eyedropper reads any pixel through a magnifying loupe — click and the<br>color is on your clipboard as hex or rgb(). A measure tool reads<br>distances the same way: drag a ruler between two points and the label<br>says how far, in pixels or in points. And when a shot is headed<br>somewhere public, the Background stage wraps it in a gradient or solid<br>backdrop with padding, rounded corners, and a shadow.

⌥⌘R drags a region, locks a window, or<br>takes a whole display, straight to H.264 MP4 with ScreenCaptureKit. While<br>you record, the menu bar becomes a transport control: pause mid-take and<br>the paused time is simply absent from the file, with no editing afterward.

Finished recordings trim in place: drag the In and Out points, apply,<br>same file, same card. Anything up to a minute converts to a looping GIF<br>with one click.

Find the shot by what it says.

Every screenshot is OCR'd in the background, on device, in your preferred<br>languages. Search invoice, or a code identifier, and the shots<br>containing that text surface instantly. Copy a capture's text straight<br>from its card.

The Text View opens any shot beside its recognized text, grouped into<br>copyable blocks (a paragraph, a heading, a run of code) and translates<br>them on device, original always in view.
