What is EEG?<br>add
EEG (Electroencephalography) is a non-invasive neuroimaging technique that<br>records the brain's electrical activity using conductive sensors placed on the scalp<br>or in our case, in the ear. It is a widely adopted method in neuroscience research<br>and is being used for consumer neuro-feedback and wellness products.
I don’t know anything about EEG, can I still work with the IDUN Guardian?<br>add
Even though you will be able to enjoy the fullest of our device if you have EEG know-how, you can still work with the IDUN Guardian without being an expert. Our device comes with an extensive list of classifiers that analyze the raw EEG data for you, such as frequency band classification, jaw clench, and eye movement detection, making it easy to develop applications even without prior EEG knowledge.

Is in-ear EEG a reliable method of measuring EEG?<br>add
In-ear EEG has been validated in research for the past decade in different use cases. In-ear EEG provides an ease of comfort and wearability that full-scalp EEG cannot achieve but it cannot provide the same richness of information such as spatial localisation as the full-scalp EEG does.
