Why this library exists
Last month, an associate at a mid-size firm reviewed a 210-page M&A contract in four hours instead of the standard two to three days — and flagged three liability gaps the senior partner later confirmed were real. She didn't skip clauses. She used a structured Claude prompt from this library.
Every prompt here is designed for that pattern: Claude multiplies your judgment, never replaces it. The prompts are ready to paste into Claude. The book explains why they are structured the way they are.
How to use this repository
Every prompt follows the CONTEXT → TASK → FORMAT → CONSTRAINTS structure. Never skip a section — each one changes the output materially.
Before running any prompt, read the relevant chapter. The structure matters more than the wording: change a fact in CONTEXT and the whole output changes correctly.

FORMAT: Organized by the four topics above. Each section 3-5 paragraphs.<br>No case citations — I will find cases in primary sources.
CONSTRAINTS: Flag any area where you are uncertain about the current<br>state of the law or where your knowledge may be outdated. Flag any area<br>where recent developments may have changed the analysis.
Verify: any specific case names Claude mentions despite instructions not to.
