Budgeting apps only work if you show up every day. Most people don't — and the ones who most need the help are the least likely to. So this isn't an app. It's a report.

What's in it

Five things worth knowing

Not a wall of charts. The specific findings that change what you'd do next — each one worked out from the dates and amounts on your own statement.

The forgotten ones

Small recurring charges sitting just under the threshold where you'd notice them. Six a month doesn't register. Seventy-two a year does.

The quiet price rises

Same company, same date each month, higher number. Almost nobody catches these, because nothing announces them.

The annual ambush

A charge that only lands once a year is the easiest to forget and usually the biggest. We flag it while you can still decide.

The duplicates

Two services doing the same job — two cloud storage plans, three streaming subscriptions nobody watches.

Where the rest actually went

Plain categories and your real top merchants, with the reference codes stripped out of the names.

On cancelling things

We don't charge you to cancel your own subscriptions.

Rocket Money finds your recurring charges for free, then asks for a subscription to cancel them for you. Trim negotiates your bills and keeps a third of the first year's savings. We find them, name them, and hand you the link and the phone number. That part is free and always will be — we'd rather charge for history and trends than for undoing something you never meant to buy.

What this isn't

Deliberately missing features

These aren't on the roadmap. They're the things that made you quit the last one.

No daily check-in

No streak to keep, no notifications, and nothing that decays if you ignore it for a month.

No categories to maintain

You never drag transactions into buckets. If a category is wrong, it's wrong — it isn't homework.

No budget to set

We don't ask you to predict next month. Predicting is the step everyone fails; this reports what already happened.

Questions

Reasonable suspicions

What happens to my statement?
It's read in memory to build your report, then it's gone. Never written to disk, never backed up, and there's no account for it to attach to. Close the tab and nothing about it remains.

Do I have to connect my bank?
No. We never ask for banking credentials and there's no Plaid connection. You give us the PDF your bank already gave you.

How do you find subscriptions without a list of companies?
From the pattern, not a database. If the same merchant charges you on a regular cadence, that's a subscription — whether it's Netflix or a local gym no tracker has heard of. It also means we catch the ones that don't look like software.

If cancelling is free, what do you sell?
History and trends. One report is free forever, including every finding and all the cancellation information. Paying adds month-over-month tracking, multiple accounts, a warning before an annual charge lands, and the report emailed to you automatically.

How accurate is it?
We add up every transaction we found and check it against the opening and closing balances printed on your statement. If they don't agree we say so at the top of the report rather than quietly showing a wrong number. Recurring detection needs at least two charges from the same merchant to see a pattern, so one month finds less than three months will.

Will you tell me off?
No. There's no score, no red warnings about overspending, and no advice about coffee. It reports what happened and leaves the judgement to you.

One statement. One page back.

Takes about thirty seconds and costs nothing.
