There are now 198,000 unemployed IT professionals - up from 145,000 in June when the unemployment rate was 5.1%.

Part of the increase is associated with layoffs at mega tech corporations that are looking to exit or reduce their footprint in Washington state. That includes Meta and Microsoft.<br>What does that mean for the general IT Job Market in the US?
