We forecast, prepare, and respond, but we have very few tools to effect outcomes.<br>Today, we focus on cloud seeding through a combination of hardware, biological, and software interventions. Our long-term goal is to mitigate the effects of floods, hail, and other extreme events.<br>That’s why we’re called Recast: we build the tools to redo the forecast. We turn weather modification into a precise science.
