This is extremely inconvenient for our business. We’ve been with Namecheap for years and expected much better. It’s very concerning that there appears to be no backup or data contingency in place to prevent a situation like this. Very disappointed with how this has been handled.

@Namecheap : One power outage in one data center can't shut down the entire network for so long time. Means there is sth else going on. We have has consulting call back to back and the meeting details are in Privateemail, all are going to get cancelled now just because of this.
