I made a game where you re given clues about the slang, vocabulary and pronunciation of a region, and have to deduce where the speaker is from.There s also a quiz that tries to work out which dialect group you most closely match, and shows some celebrities with similar accents.It s currently focussed mostly on the Anglosphere, so the results are best there. I m hoping to expand it further once the existing regions are working well.I d be interested to know how accurate people find the clues/results, and whether the game is actually fun once you ve played a few rounds.
