Why this site exists

Every "what time is it in…" page on the internet answers the easy half of<br>the question. The hard half is everything underneath: whether the clocks have<br>already changed, when they change next, whether 15:00 is 3pm, what the gap will<br>be in November, and which hour is not the middle of somebody's night.

So every page here is computed rather than written. The time-zone rules...
